Solaray® Borage Seed Oil is one of nature's most plentiful sources of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and typically contains a higher percentage of GLA than evening primrose oil or black currant seed oil. Solaray® Borage Seed Oil contains high levels of important fatty acids, such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA), linoleic acid, oleic acid, and palmitic acid. 

Solaray® Borage Seed Oil is harvested from the seed by a process known as cold pressing.  No solvents have been used.Most importantly, Borage Seed Oil provides nature's highest levels of GLA. GLA is often used to treat a variety of skin disorders, like eczema, acne, and psoriasis. It has also been used successfully to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammations.
