Suggested Use​:
Wash your hands with warm water before using the menstrual cup. If you squat down, it will operate easier. Fold the sterilized menstrual cup, then hold the bottom, push it into vagina gently until it reaches the cervix. Rotate the Cup to ensure it's fully open. Adjust the handle so that it can sit comfortable within the vaginal wall. When you want put it out, squat down, hold the handle and press its body slightly, then gently drag the menstrual cup out. Tip contents into toilet and clean your Cup. You must empty your menstrual cup at least twice a day.
