Suggested Use:
Place 5 drops of Muscle Relief on a cold compress and place on the tired or strained muscle. Breathe deeply and let your muscles relax.

Great product! I had aching so bad in my right leg from the knee down. I wasn't even sure where the pain was coming from, so I put it on my knee, down the front of my leg, ankles,and bottom of my feet. The aching is gone in my leg. I am now using it for my hip pain. I melt about 2 tons of coconut oil and out about 10 DROPS and stir. Then I pour it into a container. It lasts quite awhile. I added 3-4 drops peppermint oil also.
