There is no denying the convenience of our Meyenberg Powdered Goat Milk. Made from Grade A Pasteurized goat milk, supplemented with Vitamin D and folic acid. Not only is goat milk easier to digest, it might be a perfect alternative for those sensitive to cow milk or soy milk. It’s high in calcium, low in sodium, with no preservatives. Like all goat milk Meyenberg Powdered Goat Milk is a naturally gluten free food. Meyenberg Goat Milk Products are from goats, member of the Caprine sub-family, that have not been treated with rBGH's. Gradually mix 2 unpacked scoops of powdered goat milk to 8oz of water for a 1 cup serving. Gradually mix 8 unpacked scoops of powdered goat milk to 32oz of water for 1 quart of milk.

Suggested Use:
Mixing Instructions: Scoop Enclosed. (1 scoop = 2 tbsp). Lightly shake can before each use.
1 Cup: Gradually mix 2 unpacked level scoops (28g) to 8 oz (240mL) warm water. Stir.
1 Quart: Gradually mix 8 unpacked level scoops (112g) to 32 oz (960mL) warm water. Stir.
Makes approximately 3 quarts whole goat milk.

Meyenberg Evaporated Goat Milk is a concentrate made by removing half of the water from our fresh whole goat milk. It is unsweetened, pasteurized and homogenized. Goat Milk is a naturally gluten free food and is Kosher. Meyenberg Goat Milk Products are from goats, member of the Caprine sub-family, that have not been treated with rBGH's. It’s an intriguing alternative to cow milk, adding a special flavor nuance to your favorite recipes, including fudge and homemade caramels. It’s also high in calcium and supplemented with Vitamins A & D and Folic Acid. To use it as whole goat milk, dilute it with equal parts water. It’s a rich creamer and can also be whipped. It’s WIC approved at the national level.
Warnings:
Best served chilled. Keep mixed product refrigerated. Use within 5 days. Store unused powder tightly sealed in a cool, dry place for up to 8 weeks.
