Suggested Use:
Pour 12 oz boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink one 6 oz cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day after your evening meal (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea-if you wish-by brewing with 6 oz of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.

Other Ingredients:
Lemon peel (citrus limon), lemon mint with other natural flavors, orange peel (citrus sinensis), citric acid, spearmint leaf (mentha spicata), licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), marshmallow root (althaea officinalis), eleuthero root (eleutherococcus senticosus), papaya leaf (carica papaya), chrysanthemum flower (chrysanthemum morifolium), japanese honeysuckle flower (lonicera japonica).

The color of tea may vary slightly due to the natural herbs.

Warnings:
This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
