Brewer's Yeast has naturally occurring B-vitamins such as: Thiamin (Vitamin B-1), Riboflavin (vitamin B-2), Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid.

Suggested Use:
Take 3 tablets 3 times daily with meals.

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Not manufactured with wheat, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Warnings:
For adult only. Brewer's Yeast has significant amounts of tyramine.
