Our delicate, appealingly tender Mai Fun (angel hair) rice noodles are fantastic any way you serve them -in soups, stir-fries or cold salads. You can toss them with any of our Annie Chun's Sauces to make a quick, satisfying hot or cold meal in less than five minutes. Like all our rice noodles, they're 100% natural, fat-free, wheat-free and gluten-free. Their delightful texture and mild flavor make them fun, light and healthy alternative to ordinary pasta.

Suggested Use:
Basic Cooking: 
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: Add 
2 tbsp oil to water. 2. Add pasta into the boiling water. 
3. Return to boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes. Do not overcook. (Water will turn yellow from the corn starches, this is normal). 
4. Drain. For cold dishes, rinse and lightly coat with oil. For hot dishes, drain and add your favorite sauce.

Rice flour, water.
