Country Life Folic Acid provides 800 mcg of this B vitamin. Folic acid is needed for cell replication and growth, helps form building blocks of DNA and RNA and is needed for protein synthesis in cells. Folic acid is especially important for developing fetuses. Red blood cells, immune cells and other rapidly regenerating cells require folic acid. Does Not Contain: yeast, corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color.

Suggested Use:
Adults take one (1) tablet daily with food. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
