Country Life Selenium promotes a healthy prostate. An essential mineral, selenium is an antioxidant that nourishes the heart, prostate and other organs and tissues. Country Life's L-Selenomethione is a major bioactive form of selenium and is yeast free. Does not contain: yeast, corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color.

Suggested Use:
Adults take one (1) tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with meals. As a reminder discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, cellulose & glycerin coating, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable glaze.
