Prebiotics XOS+GOS is a prebiotic fiber that promotes the growth of Bifidobacteria, but also Lactobacilli for intestinal and immune function.

Beneficial bacteria can be depleted by low-fiber diets, high meat diets, antibiotic use, travel and stress.  Jarrow Formulas' Prebiotics XOS+GOS  primarily supports the growth of Bifidobacteria  but also Lactobacilli  for intestinal and immune function. 

PreticX™ (Xylooligosaccharides) has been shown in clinical studies to promote the growth of Bifidobacteria. GOS  (Galactooligosaccharides) are the principal type of prebiotics found in human milk.

Suggested Use:
Chew 3 tablets per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. For use by anyone for age 5 and on. For best results, use with a Jarrow Formulas Probiotic Formula.

Other Ingredients:
Mannitol, tapioca, starch, maltodextrin, calcium phosphate, xylitol, glyceryl behenate and natural vanilla flavor.
