Each softgel of Nature's Way EFA Gold Flax Oil High Potency delivers a whopping 1,300 mg of organic flax seed oil, 741 mg of which is alpha-linolenic acid. Through a unique cold processing method, the flaxseeds are pressed at very cold temperatures and are processed without solvents. Our oil is filled under nitrogen blanket to safeguard it from oxygen exposure. It is packaged in a climate controlled atmosphere under yellow lights to ensure the highest level of freshness and potency. 

Flax seed oil is a natural source of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids and is known for supporting many different functions in the body including cardiovascular health, immune system support, skin wellness and brain health.
