Solgar L-Glutamine is a dietary supplement made with naturally sourced glutamine that seeks to support the production of energy and nitrogen in the body. These two compounds are essential to the development of cells. As a result of internal challenges, stress, physical activity, or other factors, a deficiency may occur that results in a disruption to the normal functions of the body. This supplement seeks to fill nutritional gaps for feelings of health and wellness.

Glutamine supports several functions inside the body, including support for glycogen synthesis that supports healthy muscles during physical activity. It also supports cellular energy production for use by the immune system in response to internal or microbial challenges. Glutamine is also essential in the biosynthesis of proteins that support cellular development, transmission of energy, or support cellular structures found in collagen, connective tissue, cartilage, including other areas of the body.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) vegetables capsules up to three times daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
