Beta-carotene is referred to as Pro-Vitamin A because it is converted into Vitamin A as the body requires it. This phytonutrient is a patent antioxidant. Additionally, it is essential for healthy vision and skin and maintenance of a healthy immune system. Beta Carotene and Vitamin A are essential for the maintenance of healthy epithelial tissue, which is found in the eyes, skin, respiratory system, GI and urinary tracts. 

This reddish-orange pigment and member of the carotenoid family is known best for its antioxidant properties, as it has the ability to counter the effects of cell damaging free radicals. Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
