Suggested Use:
Adult females take on (1) tablet daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, l-leucine, cellulose & glycerin coating, silica, gum arabic, sunflower oil, corn starch, maltodextrin, vegetable glaze, natural flavor. Contains milk and soy.
