Suggested Use:
3-6 VeganCaps upon arising and 3-6 VeganCaps per meal/snack. VeganCaps can be opened up and mixed into sweet drinks/smoothies for maximum effects (Nopal powder is bitter, do not mix in so many caps that your drink/smoothie becomes unpalatable).
Intensive Use: 6 VeganCaps upon arising and 6 with each meal/snack.
