I have been taking Kyolic 104 Garlic Extract (2 per day) in addition to my prescriptions for years as it stabilizes by blood pressure. Recommended it to my father when the doctors did not want to operate unless his blood pressure was better controlled, that it was after taking it for three weeks. My doctors have been recommending it to their other patients.
