Suggested Use: 
For best results, use one tube of Luvena Prebiotic every three days or as directed by your physician. Can also be used daily depending on your needs. Best if used before bedtime. Safe to use with condoms.
To apply, twist off tip and lightly squeeze out a slight amount to pre-coat the tip before inserting.
