Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts Natural Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds have 10 grams of omega 3 & 6 per serving. Hemp Hearts may look little, but they contain 10 grams of plant-based protein and 10 grams of omegas per 30 gram serving - more than a comparable serving of flax or chia. Suggested Use: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit, spray baking cups with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients.
  3. In a seperate bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
  4. Add your toppings and serve.
  5. Mix the wet into the dry ingredients and scoop out the mixture into the muffin tray.
  6. Fill the muffin trays almost right up to the top and bake for 25 minutes.

Chef Notes:
Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top if you are a cheese lover.
These will keep in the fridge for at least a week and can be reheated any time. Enjoy!

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
