Suggested Use:Take 1 capsule, up to two times daily, with food.

Gelatin, water, rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
No yeast, wheat, corn, milk, egg, soy, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar, starch or preservatives.
Warnings:
