Traditional Tibetan Medicine
The traditional Tibetan diet was high in meat, yak butter and alcohol with few fruits and vegetables. Little wonder that it took a toll on their digestion, contributing to abdominal discomfort, bloating and irregularity. To deal with such bothersome gastric complaints, Tibetans rely on herbs, such as Myrobalan, Elecampane, Rhubarb and Ginger. Now we have combined these herbs into one formula.

Suggested Use:
Use only as directed. Take 2 vegetarian capsules twice a day.

Other Ingredients:
Vegetable cellulose capsule, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate and magnesium stearate.
