Suggested Use:
For adults, take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, with food. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period. It is recommended that you also take a Coenzyme Q-10 supplement when using this product.
Other Ingredients:
Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Rice flour, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
No artificial color, flavor or sweetener, no preservatives, no sugar, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no fish. Sodium free.

Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breast feeding because using this product may cause birth defects.
