Selenium is as essential trace mineral and dunctions as part of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione perioxidase. 
It is bonded to the essential sulfur amino acid, methionine, in a naturally occuring form as found in the diet. 
Selenium is found most abundantly in Brazil Nuts, organ meats, seafood, and wheat germ.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 tablets 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.
Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
