Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

This triglyceride form of omega-3 fish oil and vitamin D-3 from NOW Foods is molecularly distilled, and features 330 mg EPA, 220 mg DHA and 780 IU of vitamin D-3 per softgel. The natural fish oil concentrate used in this softgel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potenitally harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, and other contaminants).

Suggested Use:
