Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) softgels three times daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, natural mixed tocopherols, contains fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine).
