Thorne Research’s Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate capsules deliver an improved‚ more bioactive version of riboflavin. The term “bioactive” means that the riboflavin‚ otherwise known as vitamin B-2‚ in this supplement is better able to interact with your body. This amazing vitamin is involved in many of the body’s most important processes.

Along with playing a central role in the metabolism of fat and glucose‚ riboflavin also participates in synthesizing red blood cells‚ as well as producing and regulating specific hormones. No less important is the role riboflavin plays in activating other B-vitamins.
